“Hassan Hagi Showet” is a 3-episode fictional series produced for Xor, TV2 Østjylland.
The series follows Hassan Hagi and friends in a playfull, humorous an mysterious universe inspires by 3 real life stories from his own life.
I have shot, edited and graded the whole series.

The series lives in a colorfull, pure and playfull high key meta univers. In this surrealistic world, everything can happen.
The camera works as a stabilized fly on the wall. Almost everything is shot on my slider for a dreaming fllmic look, with the option to always subtle move the camera for a perfect framing. We worked with a constantly surprising camera, which now and then takes over the story with intense zooms, POV-angles and other weird mountings of the camera.
The light is soft with a low contrast ratio, and the colors are pastel, intense and contrasted with help from the use of a polarizer filter, production design and a heavy grade made possible by the use of ProRes Raw. -
